LEEDS GEOGRAPHICAL ASSOCIATION
Our mission:
to further the teaching of geography and the value of learning geography for all
The Leeds GA committee meets monthly to plan and organise upcoming events and discuss strategy. By working together as a committee and through liaison with the RGS we aim to promote knowledge transfer that is relevant to the school curriculum, to introduce pupils to new ways of learning and to provide teachers with the latest research to take back to the classroom. If you feel passionately about furthering geography in schools or your local community why not join our branch? For further information about our mission statement and five year plan see our policy documents at the right of this page.
