Introduction
- About Blogging
- Blogging is a means to an end, not an end in itself. If you want to start developing web content such as that distilled on themed pages, a blog might be a useful start point...
- Information development and management is cruicial to our future collaboration and well being...
- The format of a blog is a reverse chronology of information published on the World Wide Web...
- About This Blog
- Periodically I may revisit the archive and distill out information. As this is done, a link is made so that the information can be reliably referenced and easily found. Additionally and as with all my web content, the version of the page is incremented.
- Over time this blog is becoming more informative as I become more networked, skilled and generally experienced in what I do... In practicing blogging, I should also become better at it!
- Primarily this blog is for managing my work and its related information development. Hopefully it can help you too.
- There is occasionally some personal anecdote along with entries. These are not intended to cause offence. If you take exception, then please feedback and if I am being unreasonable I will be sorry and try to do what I can to make ammends.
- Other Blogs
- In 2008 in addition to This Blog I started an alternative blog via the NCeSS Sakai Portal. The URL for this blog is as follows:
- I do read other blogs on an irregular basis. Details of the blogs I keep going back to are on my Reading Web Page at the following URL:
