Research overview

My current research investigates the changes in the hydrological cycle over the Amazon basin in past and future using HadAM3. I have a particular interest on climate change studies using global and regional climate models. Earlier I have studied the projected climate for the 21st century in RCP4.5 and 8.5 with six CMIP5 models over Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand. During my PhD, the main focus of my study was to understand the behaviour of Indian summer monsoon in past and present and to project it under different RCP4.5 and 8.5 by RegCM. I have examined...
