Peer review is an integral component of research. Andy has reviewed a handful of articles submitted for publication in peer reviewed journals. These were done annonymously. Reviewing is a skill and takes time. In general, the better an article is, the less work is involved in peer review. Peer review is a community responsibility which is demanding and in need of reviewers that are well read in the subject of the work being reviewed.
