  • Documentation

    • Draft deliverable specification now on a wiki that can be found via the following URL:
  • Notes

    • The deliverables are still loosely defined, the situation is flexible, but there is a need to clarify what we are to do and soon.
    • I described the GLS Client that we developed for mapping census data and suggested that developing this would be of benefit as e-Infrastructure for the social sciences.
    • Mike recommmended that:
      • The source code of the GLS client be regarded as Deliverable 4.1.1
      • Deliverable 4.1.2 would be having the portlet available on the NCeSS portal.
      • Deliverable 4.1.3 could be an enhanced mapping portlet for the overlay of contextual data on census maps.
      • Depending upon upcomming meetings in Lancaster 2007-11-13 we may add more to this deliverables list.
  • Action List

    • Andy Turner
      • Redraft the draft deliverable specifications by 2007-11-13
      • Organise move of GLS Client code onto the NCeSS portal.
