Here are the minutes from today's meeting. Next meeting scheduled for Fri 8th June 1400-1500. This is a record of a telecon held today between 1400 and 1430. Current status: Ongoing, MK has not received new data yet. Action: MK to distribute URL for GLS Current status: DONE Action: AT/PT/MK to keep in close communication over the next few weeks to make sure the GLS client gets developed in tandem with the server. Current status: Ongoing, PT has been too busy. AT said PT promises to do work before next meeting. Action: Leeds to complete the GLS client in accordance with the requirements identified in the use case, security is out of scope though we will revisit when the IE is over. Testing of components with other IE participants will follow afterwards. Current status: Not sure if CH did this but Peter emailed out saying that GeoLinking IE interop work will begin on 18 June which fits with us. Current status: Ongoing, will happen when OGSA-DAI team get next release out. Action: PE to examine the potential for automatically generating GDAS metadata when over in June. Current status: Ongoing. Notes form this week: GLS: - MK has our GLS server running using a Canadian GDAS and Canadian WFS. - OGF clients can successfully be used with our GLS. - Error reporting is still incomplete - Still wish some more data from MIMAS - Next week will be spent benchmarking and implementing support from MapServer. GDAS: - PE mentioned issues with GDAS code they are using the the SQLServer - This has been reported back to the developers and will be fixed in next release. - MK would still like some more data, ideally western islands. GDAS Accessor: - Completed. GLS Client: - AT says that PT apologies for not being able to do this so far but he expects to make progress before next meeting.
