The deadline for applications for the forthcoming intake in July 2012 will be 18 June 2012.
Our 2011/12 intakes for the course will be the beginning of October 2011, January 2012, April 2012 and July 1012.
For admission in October 2012 please submit your application to us by 17 September 2012. However, to be certain of a place
(the course is very popular) send your application in as soon as you have made a decision to apply.
Send the following supporting documentation to: Taught Postgraduate Admissions Officer, School of Geography, University of Leeds,
Leeds, LS2 9JT, UK:
2 references; these should be written by someone who is
able to comment on your academic ability, for example your tutor, lecturer or Head of Department or
your Line Manager or someone in authority from your current employment. These references can either be returned to the Taught
Postgraduate Amissions Officer at the address above or e-mailed directly to Helen Durham (geo-tpg-odl@leeds.ac.uk).
A certified copy of your degree certificate and transcripts/mark profile.
An IELTS or TOEFL certificate if your first language is not English.
If you wish to apply for an October 2012 intake, please ensure that the CURRENT academic year on your application
form is listed as 2012-13.
If you require confirmation that your application has been received, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope complete with your name and address.

containing your contact details and confirming that you have submitted an application.
There will be a number of bursaries of £1,325 to which you can apply to help partially cover costs. The bursaries are only available
for the full MSc (three years) and the discount will be spread over years two and three. Applicants are encouraged to apply to their
employers for sponsorship in the first instance. Please download an application form for the bursary and submit it with your application
to the programme. A decision will be given two weeks prior to the course starting.
