Martine Croxall

After graduation Martine took a year out and went travelling in Africa, 14,000 miles overland! On returning to the UK, she took some unpaid work experience at BBC Radio Leicester. Shortly after this she joined East Midlands Today, the BBC regional news programme for that region. Martine’s first foray into television was working at Newsroom South East (1997) and UK Today, a BBC satellite television programme which was discontinued in 2002.

In 2000 Martine joined UK Today, a digital satellite news programme, as the main presenter.  Since 2001 she has been a presenter with BBC News and BBC World News.
