LABORATORIES
Located on the second floor of the main geography building, the labs offer professional services in the areas of both laboratory analysis and field recording, please see below for more details.
THE LABORATORIES CAN PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Training in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Ordering of equipment and consumables to support laboratory work.
- Support for undergraduate and taught-postgraduate laboratory classes.
- Health and Safety inductions for laboratory and workshop users.
- Preparation of field equipment.
- Training in the operation of field equipment.

For field equipment bookings please contact the lab staff in person in room 2.56 by telephone on 33314 or e-mail geo-labtechs@leeds.ac.uk. Please note that one week's notice is required.
